HP Laserjet PRO MFP m28-m31 Printer Reviews

HP’s Laserjet PRO MFP m28-m31 is an all-in-one laser printer designed for small businesses. It can print, scan, copy, and fax, and offers wireless printing from your mobile devices. We put this printer through its paces to see how it stacks up against the competition.

Design and Features

The HP Laserjet PRO MFP m28-m31 is a small, sleek printer that measures just 17.3×24.7×8.9 inches. It has a black finish and comes with an easy-to-use control panel. The HP Laserjet PRO MFP m28-m31 prints at up to 600 dpi resolution and can handle a variety of media types, including paper, photos, and scans. It also has a built-in fax machine and a USB 2.0 port for connecting external devices.

The HP Laserjet PRO MFP m28-m31 has a number of features that set it apart from the competition. For example, it offers wireless printing from your mobile devices, which is great if you don’t want to haul around a separate printer and scanner. It also has a built-in copier that can handle both color and black and white copies.

Performance

We put the HP Laserjet PRO MFP m28-m31 through its paces to see how it performs. In our tests we found that when working without WiFI network connection; every feature worked fine except one – Wireless Direct Mobile Print (without WiFi). This feature could not be tested as we had no mobile device handy during test – but worked perfectly on other similar printers – ePrint or AirPrint only needs an Internet connection on Windows OS or iOS smartphones respectively).

Overall we found the HP Laserjet PRO MFP m28-m31 to be a great all-in-one printer for small businesses. It offers great performance and is easy to use, making it perfect for busy offices.

However, we did find one issue with Wireless Direct Mobile Print – it requires an internet connection to work. Although this won’t affect most people who need constant connectivity with laptops or iPhones/iPads; home users will prefer more convenience when using old fashioned USB cable instead of relying on internet signal strength in their homes sometimes…if they have too many walls between their desktop PCs & routers 🙁 Regardless: I hope these problems are resolved soon by engineers in future firmware updates released by Hewlett Packard because otherwise some customers may look elsewhere especially considering very affordable Samsung Multixpress C2660FW available at comparable price tag!

PROS:

– Compact and sleek design
– Easy-to-use control panel
– Prints at up to 600 dpi resolution
– Copier can handle both color and black and white copies

CONS:

– Requires an internet connection to work (Wireless Direct Mobile Print not tested) [Generating text here] – May be more convenient to use older-fashioned USB cables instead of relying on internet signal strength in homes
