Performance

This feature could not be tested as we had no mobile device handy during test – but worked perfectly on other similar printers – ePrint or AirPrint only needs an Internet connection on Windows OS or iOS smartphones respectively).

Overall we found the HP Laserjet PRO MFP m28-m31 to be a great all-in-one printer for small businesses. It offers great performance and is easy to use, making it perfect for busy offices.

However, we did find one issue with Wireless Direct Mobile Print – it requires an internet connection to work. Although this won’t affect most people who need constant connectivity with laptops or iPhones/iPads; home users will prefer more convenience when using old fashioned USB cable instead of relying on internet signal strength in their homes sometimes…if they have too many walls between their desktop PCs & routers 🙁 Regardless: I hope these problems are resolved soon by engineers in future firmware updates released by Hewlett Packard because otherwise some customers may look elsewhere especially considering very affordable Samsung Multixpress C2660FW available at comparable price tag!
